Staff Profile

Hello!

I'm Susan Pickart and I have been teaching in St. Paul Public Schools for many years.  I live in the city with my family and I consider myself a lifelong learner. I love school, reading, fitness class and travel.  I love spending time with my family, both at home and my family at school!

Horace Mann is a wonderful school filled with great people!  I have been a reading specialist, have taught in the primary grades but I have settled in the fifth grade and I love it!  I have a Bachelor of Art Degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I love creativity and enjoy being a part of a team.  I believe education is a wonderful journey.
