Ms. Ella Prasad

Welcome to the Library! My name is Ella Prasad and I am so excited to be the Media Specialist for your child. Here is a little about me:

I am a licensed K-6 Elementary teacher. I recently graduated from Saint Mary's University Twin Cities with a Master's in Teaching. I have three years of experience subbing and I previously worked in the Library as a long-term sub while Ms. J was out on leave. Through this experience, I learned to love teaching in the library and encouraging students to find books that develop a desire for reading. 

There are many things that I am looking forward to this school year, but one in particular is getting to know each student on a deeper level and watching them grow. 

I live in St. Paul with my husband and our puppy Chassis. When I am not at school, I spend time exercising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I love living in St. Paul and being part of the community. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the community in another way.
