Lecher, Noah

Hello I am Noah Lecher, I am a Special Education TA at Horace Mann. This is my second year here at Horace Mann. I have worked with children throughout my working life and plan on continuing a career in education. During the school day I focus on leading with compassion and always trying to help students grow as well as prioritizing them feeling safe and respected while in our building.

I live in and grew up in Saint Paul and went to SPPS schools myself. In my spare time I spend a lot of time at my family's cabin, snowboarding in the winter, and going on trips with my partner and our dog. I look forward to continuing a great school year!
