School-wide Signals

Show 5

At Obama, we use "Show Five" to signal to the scholars that we need their attention. When staff say "Show 5" they should expect all students to look at them, be silent, be listening, having their hands free and a calm body.

Silent Signals

In order to not interrupt the teacher during work times, Obama scholars use silent signals to indicate if they need to get a drink of water or use the bathroom. To see the signals modeled click on the links below.
